One option is to invest in a fully built project. The wind park is so-called commissioned, i.e. connected to the infrastructure (existing or newly built), including substations and grid connection with guaranteed capacity and revenue generation.
The alternative is the so-called Joint Sale of the completed park,
where the investor and ADI work together to sell the completed project, sharing the profits. The investor finances the costs of the wind project and ADI provides the construction, including substations and grid connection with guaranteed capacity.
