As part of our activities, we sold the first of our Ready-to-Build (RTB) projects in 2024. This was a PV plant with a total installed capacity of 49.9 MWp. The projects are being prepared as RTB projects with the option of turnkey delivery.

Construction is currently underway on a BESS battery energy storage system with an installed capacity of 400 MW and a capacity of up to 1.6 GWh, with commissioning planned for 2026. Once completed, it will be one of the most significant battery energy storage projects in the Czech Republic. Our company is the developer of this unique project.

In 2024, we have obtained construction permits for solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 120 MWp. For 2025, we have another 160 MWp of projects in the pipeline, the preparation of which is ongoing. The projects are being prepared as RTB projects with the option of turnkey delivery.

MWe
We are currently preparing wind power projects with a capacity of over 350 MWe. We expect to commission them between 2027 and 2028 as part of our renewable energy development strategy. The projects are being prepared as RTB projects with the option of turnkey delivery.
400
kV
We are building the first private substation at the 400 kV extra-high voltage level. The transformers were manufactured and supplied by SDEE, one of the world’s largest manufacturers. The 400 and 110 kV technology is supplied by Hitachi, while the custom-made 35 kV solution is supplied by Siemens. The general contractor of the project is ADI Heat & Power a.s.

- Turnkey projects: we execute short- and medium-term projects with subsequent sales to strategic investors, allowing us to leverage our expertise and experience.
- Energy development: we initiate projects which, at a certain project stage, we transform into profitable companies with the possibility of further development or sale to a suitable investor.
These strategic directions allow us to respond flexibly to the dynamically changing energy market and actively contribute to the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
