Founded in 1992, Active Development Investments, a.s. (ADI), a purely Czech investment and development group, is a leader in the development of renewable energy projects. We specialize in solar and wind power plants, combined heat and power projects and innovative technologies for recycling plastic waste. Our goal is to deliver sustainable and efficient energy solutions with a positive impact on society and the environment.

Our main areas of activity include:

  • Heat: Historically, we have focused on traditional energy solutions with an emphasis on innovation and improving the efficiency of heat supply.​

  • Renewable energy: We are currently preparing projects with an installed capacity of approximately 400 MWe in wind power plants and 320 MWp in solar power plants, all with planned use of battery storage facilities in the Czech Republic..​

Corporate social responsibility:

  • We support the nala.cz, Foundation, which focuses on making Eastern wisdom accessible to the Western world, helping children in Nepal receive an education and supporting the construction of monastery schools.
